When a parent or guardian submits an admission enquiry, school-visit request, brochure request or message, we record: the parent's name, mobile number and (optionally) email; the child's name, age and class of interest (admission enquiries); any message you write; the page you submitted from and, where available, how you reached our website (for example a social media link); and the date and the fact that you agreed to be contacted. Please submit these forms only if you are the child's parent or legal guardian.
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange school visits, and manage admissions follow-up. We do not sell your details and do not use them for unrelated advertising.
Authorised school staff who handle admissions, through a password-protected dashboard. Details are stored on our web hosting provider's servers. If you choose to continue a conversation on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that chat.
We publish a photograph, video or achievement of a child only after recording the parent's or guardian's consent, and we remove it on request. Photographs are saved without location data.
We keep enquiry details only as long as they are needed for admissions follow-up, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.
You may ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you or your child, or to remove a photograph, by calling or emailing us at the contact details above.
Our pages do not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics or embed videos (for example from YouTube), those services may set their own cookies, and we will update this page.
